Founder Takayasu Narimatsu founded spaghetti done the Japanese way at Kabe no Ana way back in 1953. With sauces that range from natto (fermented soybeans) to tarako (cod roe) and uni (sea urchin), these umami flavours gives a Japanese twist to the pasta dishes. Try the baked rice, pizza and desserts, all given a touch of Japanese finesse at the restaurant.
